Adam DeSimone

Managing Member & Principal

Adam began his career as a commercial credit analyst at National City Bank where he focused on commercial real estate. He then joined Armstrong Development as a broker where he performed tenant representation and site selection. Adam then transitioned to the Paradise Development Group where he focused on expanding Walgreen’s footprint in Western Pennsylvania. He left Paradise in 2009 to start his own firm, DeSimone Venture Capital which ultimately became The OTN Group. Over the past 20 years, Adam has had active participation in a variety of real estate and development deals in the retail, mixed used, and industrial sectors. Adam also holds an equity interest in his family’s hospitality portfolio.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investment Management from Duquesne University and a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License. He is also an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) .

Chad Kesich

Investments

Chad began his career at Wilshire Associates conducting investment research and financial analysis to support senior level management as a pension fund advisor. Realizing that non-tangible assets wasn’t his forte, he transitioned into commercial real estate at First National Bank as a credit analyst. Mr. Kesich underwrote in excess of $25 million worth of transactions across all real estate asset classes which spanned across the entire footprint of the bank. He then joined The Century Group where he was responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio of real estate and brokerage opportunities through various relationships. Mr. Kesich also founded Kesich Capital, a capital advisory business with a focus on institutional real estate development. He successfully closed in excess of $200 million since inception. While maintaining his capital advisory business, Mr. Kesich joined his current partner in the formation of The OTN Group which now operates as an investment and development company.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Duquesne University and a Pennsylvania Real Estate License. Mr. Kesich has been an active member of the National Associate of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) since 2015 including the formation of the first Developing Leaders’ committee within the Pittsburgh Chapter.

Felix G. Fukui, AIA, IIDA, NCARB, LEED AP

Architectural Partner

Felix established Fukui Architects in 1992 several years after receiving his Master of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University. His is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia and is IIDA and NCARB Certified. His design projects range from two-million-plus square foot business park to a demonstration kitchen at Phipps Conservatory and the PPG Paints Arena People’s Gate Eternal Flame Monument. Felix has been working with OTN Group’s partners for over 25 years.
